Restaurant cuisine and chef

The cuisine prepared and served at Orsa Maggiore restaurant is of a continually high standard in both quality and style and lives up to the reputation that it has built up as a result over the years.

This has largely been down to the presence of Beppe Tosi, the head chef, along with his apprentice Nicola Tesconi (who runs the restaurants).
